With more than 38 years of trial experience, he is admitted to all California state courts, multiple federal courts, and the Ninth Circuit. A UCLA School of Law graduate and Dartmouth alumnus, Mr. Lear has earned recognition as a Super Lawyer since 2017 and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
